Father Jesse was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Brownsville by Bishop Daniel E. Flores on May 30, 2015.  Bishop assigned him as Pastor of OLSS by Bishop Flores effective July 1, 2018.  He is a native of Mission, Texas, graduating from Mission High School in 1991.  He attended seminary formation at the Pontifical College Josephinum in Columbus, Ohio, from 2007 until 2015.
